Haven't seen the unredacted documents Corbyn is referring to on US-UK trade talks, but what Corbyn's describing on drug patents would be perfectly likely to be in there and could prove damaging to Tories.
This is Labour's desperate attempt to turn the conversation onto the NHS, albeit with a tinge of Brexit and Trump. But he's doing it well - with the drama of unredacted documents, anchored down in a realistic assessment of US trade deal requirements.
Incredibly the discussion has already been blown off course by the anti-semitism issue.
The publication of these documents is genuinely a moment, perhaps the first of the campaign.
But Labour needs to be able to keep the conversation on them, and link it to the NHS winter crisis, to make that happen.The failure to apologise on anti-semitism makes that really difficult.
