Worth another look. US drone used an exotic @CIA developed device sans explosives. Just speed mass & Ninja swords, dropped though roof of Turkey backed Al-Qaeda commander's car. Results were not for public viewing.

1. Judge Jackson's order denying McGahn a stay and lifting the administrative stay. I concede I've lost track of this and whether there was a stay at the DC Cir. I'll check.
2. I'm confused. Here's the DC Cir order. It stayed the case administratively and then scheduled expedited merits briefing. Could the DC Cir panel now rule on the stay after Judge Jackson has passed the cup to them? I don't know. Maybe @maddow @Lawrence can ask @neal_katyal?

1) Militants of a Turkish al-Qaeda-linked jihadist group have been operating under the auspices of the country’s ruling party AKP gov-t, arming themselves for what they claim to be a defensive move to protect #Turkey from the attack of western crusaders, Jews and Russians.
2) We studied one such militant who has been used by the AKP to attack journalists & critics and investigated his profile in depth to uncover a worrying pattern of radicalization among AKP supporters. The trend is not unique, and the case is definitely not an isolated one.
