1) Breaking: #ISIS’ Furqan released an audio speech by its spokesman titled: Allah Destroyed Them Completely, and a Similar (Fate Awaits) the Disbelievers”. Last message was following the killing of Baghdadi and the spokesman. 
2) In his second speech since appointed in Oct 2019, ISIS spokesman Abu Hamza al-Qurashi focuses on Iraq, boasting of the group’s longevity despite constant military pressure against it and threatening a renewed war on Iraqi forces.
3)#ISIS spokesman mocked the Iraqi government, military, & militia units for their inability to impose order on the ground, enforce sovereignty
4) Spokesman dictate the terms of the foreign presence in their country, referring both to the assassination of IRGC Quds Force leader Qasem Soleimani in Baghdad and the failure to expel U.S. forces.
5) Apart from digging into the last month's confrontation between US, Iran, and its hardliner supporters in Iraq, #ISIS' spokesman also threatens to execute operations in the coming few days and threatens any tribes or populations supporting the US' "Crusade"
6)Critical: # ISIS announces new stage of fight against Jews: “...we have begun a new phase...and the eyes of the Caliphate still remain on Jerusalem...in the coming days…you shall suffer…for now the honorable valiant [new ISIS leader] has come for you.”
7)Announcing this phase, Abu Hamza instructs fighters & supporters: “soldiers of the Caliphate everywhere, especially from beloved Sinai & the blessed Levant: beneath you are settlements & markets of the Jews. Make them grounds to test your chemical & other weapons & missiles.”
8)This is the first time in recent years ISIS has called for such a heavy campaign against Israel. Fitting to its objectives: project resurgence by using a powerful issue like Palestine while timely capitalization on anger regarding Trump admin's "Deal of the Century" peace plan
9) In its continued recruitment efforts, ISIS spokesman calls on Muslims around the world to join the soldiers of the Islamic State in the group’s various “provinces.”
