We are going to drown in disinformation in 2020. It’s already happening.
Tech companies refuse to fight it, Republicans refuse to legislate against it, and the President and his allies spread it.
So it’s on everyone to take extra time to vet sources and consider the very real possibility that it is purposeful disinformation by Russia or another state.
The whole Lis Smith debacle shows that Democrats are more than willing to engage in disinformation as well. We’re heading off a cliff here.
