My #multimedia iposter presentation, entitled 'The #Maidan Massacre in #Ukraine: Revelations from Trials and Investigations,' at Annual Meeting of the American Political Studies Association in Boston is available at the APSA website #APSA2018 @APSAtweets apsa2018-apsa.ipostersessions.com/default.aspx?s…
This presentation includes my analysis of almost completely unreported revelations about Maidan snipers, video appendixes of testimonies by 43 wounded Maidan protesters & over 125 witnesses about snipers in Maidan-controlled buildings, & my video reconstruction of the massacre.
My #APSA2018 presentation includes video reconstruction of Maidan massacre, in particular, videos of snipers in Maidan-controlled buildings & 55 testimonies about such snipers & shows that both protester & police were shot from Maidan-controlled buildings.
My video appendix of testimonies by 43 wounded Maidan protesters at Maidan massacre trial & investigation that they were shot from Maidan-controlled buildings/areas and/or witnessed snipers there or were told about them by other protesters.
My #APSA conference presentation shows misrepresentations of wounds locations & directions by US architecture company for #Maidan lawyers & Maidan massacre #trial in #Ukraine in 3-D model publicized by @nytimes as evidence that police not snipers killed the protesters #APSA18
BBC also miss-attributed killing of this and other Maidan protesters to government forces in its video showing his shooting (0:58). He was shot in his right side with exit in left side in steep direction & not from front by police on the same ground level
My content analysis of this BBC & other videos in my video appendix shows that bullet hole appeared in Dmytriv's shield on its right edge after he was shot. Remarkably, investigation, trial, BBC, @nytimes & US architecture company did not reveal this hole.
Forensic medical examination determined that he was also shot in his right hand but wounds locations & direction & his position clearly do not fit assumption by investigation & US architecture company that he was shot once. Protester said that he saw him shot from Hotel Ukraina.
This is his eyewitness statement. Maidan-controlled Hotel Ukraina was in the back. Forensic examinations determined that Dmytriv was killed from same weapon as at least 10 other protesters. My video appendix shows that they were shot from this hotel. facebook.com/maydan18februa…
This image from my #APSA18 multimedia iposter presentation shows misrepresentation by US architecture firm 3-D model, publicized by @nytimes, of wounds locations of another protester killed at same spot and time.
My content analysis in video appendix in #APSA18 online iposter reveals an appearance of bullet hole matching wound location & direction in shield when he was shot. Investigation, trial & US 3-D model did not report this hole. All shields disappeared. s3.amazonaws.com/maidan1.situ.m…
Wounds locations & directions point to shooting of these two protesters by sniper(s) from Bank Arkada & not police on the ground. Protester said that he saw Dyhdalovych killed by sniper on this building. Investigation, trial & @nytimes did not report this censor.net.ua/r462080
My #APSA2018 multimedia iposter shows how this 3-D US architecture model & this @nytimes report misrepresented locations & directions of wounds of killed #Maidan protesters & other evidence that Maidan snipers & not police massacred protesters in #Ukraine nytimes.com/2018/05/30/mag…
