Very interesting development this morning at the High Court. A woman who blew millions in Harrods - money suspected to have been corruptly acquired from abroad - has lost an attempt to stop the UK's first Unexplained Wealth Order.
It's a new tool used by the @NCA_UK to target suspected corrupt foreign nationals who are believed to be stashing cash in the UK - particularly by buying property in London and surrounding counties.
"Mrs A" now has seen days to try to persuade the Court of Appeal that she should remain anonymous and to reconsider the wider case against her. In the meantime - here's what we know so far about her spending... bbc.co.uk/news/world-449…
