1. While encouraging to see conservatives on @11thHour like @BillKristol & @TheRickWilson critical of Trump they limit their ire to @POTUS' aberrant conduct as if he's responsible for it. Trump is product of a morally bankrupt @GOP. @TheDemocrats in House must impeach in January.

2. The @SenateGOP should be buried dealing with nothing but nightmare that Trump has caused. All his crimes. Let the GOP vote to keep him in a position to corrupt our system. When our structures of government are destroyed, who and what do @GOP actually think is coming next?

3. @TheDemocrats' goal has to be to make US people loath the GOP to the degree they become unelectable except in the most red rural areas. Focus on red state legislatures and governorships to redistrict the gerrymanders. In 2020 the @SenateGOP has 20 seats up.

4. Today there was an interesting vote on Yemen War Powers and of the 20 @SenateGOP in 2020, 5 voted to impose the War Powers Act in Yemen.

These are GOP Senators who are likely to be running in 2020.

5. I concede the anger over the way the Trump administration has handled the Khashoggi affair is the motivating factor but that anger relates to the Trump attacks on the press that have now resulted in the murder and dismemberment of a US journalist. That's what history will say.

6. The irony of this is I'm pretty sure that there is evidence of other suspect in the killing. If I had to guess I would say MBS could have been planning to engage in a rendition. Like the one Jared Kushner and Mike Flynn were planning for Turkish cleric in the Poconos.

7. So I think I know why the D-CIA would take a pass on going under oath. And,, as an aside, I'd bet Mattis would be thrilled to be done with Yemen. But the lede for me is: Five GOP running in 2020 voted against their party's president. The Emperor may indeed have no clothes.
