So @ministter went on @amjoyshow to destroy the #ADOS movement. Ugh. So tiresome. But let’s do a thread to expose the ignorance.
1.@ministter U wouldn’t be up early in an ugly canary yellow shirt talking about reparations if it weren’t for #ADOS. We put #Reparations2020 on the presidential platform, not you. U don’t deserve a platform to speak. About anything. U haven’t achieved anything. U failed.
2. As the leader of a failed political tactic, u don’t get to criticize us @ministter. U get to sit on the sideline and observe #ADOS, the new wave of #reparations2020 advocacy. By what right r u on TeeVee?
3 #LineageMatters & there would be no reparations advocacy if @tonetalks and I hadn’t made it clear from the start that reparations is about a specific #ADOS group with a specific justice claim. Making a reparations claim against a generalized “whiteness” is ignorant. Ur ignorant
4. I’ve expressed my desire to INFLUENCE the #ADOS vote, not suppress it. And what kind of person who loves Black people would be opposed to a Black Agenda? Only a person who is more interested in caping for Democrats to get on TV 📺 than building their own community 🇺🇸
5. And @amjoyshow is a corporatist tool of the center right wing of the Democratic Party. U look so silly going on her show flying some type of anti imperialist, Pan Africanist flag. 😳😖👀#ADOS #LineageMatters #Reparations2020 🇺🇸
6. When we say Descendants of SLAVERY, we’re talking about the INSTITUTION of SLAVERY. U can call ur ancestors enslaved people. That’s ur right. But we’re referring to an institution in this country that robbed #ADOS of labor and made us a bottom caste. Silly quibble fella 🇺🇸
7 And yes @ministter , politics is an EXCHANGE. And since Blacks overwhelmingly vote 🗳 for Democrats, and put them in power, we are demanding that they give us a Black Agenda in exchange. Anyone who doesn’t understand that, doesn’t understand politics. #ADOS 🇺🇸
8. That’s the problem isn’t it @ministter, u and ur Pan Africanist clique have never understood politics. Ur ‘politics’ has always been a fantastical Wakandan expression of identity rather than going about business of pressuring American politicians to pay what they owe #ADOS 🇺🇸
