Because Gisela Stuart is saying Vote Leave can't prove it is innocent of law breaking because it destroyed all its data here is a copy of the Order made by the Court. On the facts admitted by Vote Leave it broke the law. 1/2

This is also demonstrable nonsense. The Electoral Commission stood shoulder to shoulder with Vote Leave in the High Court. They both argued that Vote Leave controlling the use to which Darren Grimes put donations was not law breaking. They both lost.
Since the @GoodLawProject judicial review case was decided in our favour the BBC have *never* had me on to discuss it. Instead they invite on Leave supporters to mislead the public about what it means. And the BBC Editor smears me publicly and in private as a conspiracy theorist.
