Rep. Collins says Democrats are essentially "asking the attorney general to break the law" by asking for grand jury information.
Collins says there's no reason for a subpoena because Barr has already promised to provide Congress with a version of Mueller's report. "What's the rush? Spring break probably."
Collins compares Democrats to a guy who can't catch anything while fishing. "Instead of catching anything the way he should, he pulls out a piece of dynamite and throws it in the pond."
Collins says Republicans are ordering a popcorn machine because "this is great political theater."
Rep. Ratcliffe suggests that the committee should instead subpoena Mueller to testify. I'm sure some Democrats wouldn't mind that.
