Everything so far has happened while Pompeo is CIA Director. Then one week after Assange sealed indictment, on 3/13/2018 Rex is fired and Pompeo nominated to be Secretary of State.

Then in April it is announced that after rejecting an invitation since January 2017, Trump has finally accepted. He said he wouldn’t accept unless it was certain he would receive a “warm welcome”. Seems he meant something others didn’t understand.

As I’ve pointed out, it’s obvious in many ways the table was set awaiting a new AG. In this clip from June 2018 just before his trip, Trump compare how he fixed State with Pompeo but has remained hands off with DOJ.
