One paragraph of the #MuellerReport proves a quid pro quo between the Trump Campaign and the Kremlin to have the Kremlin commit #ElectionFraud during #Election2016, to benefit #DonaldTrump.
Here is the paragraph, found on page 14 of 448 in the #MuellerReport:
Let's examine how this paragraph proves a Quid Pro Quo was established between Trump and Putin for the Kremlin assistance for a fraudulent Trump win on November 8, 2016.
Paragraph, section 1, from the #MuellerReport:

1) "Separately, on August 2, 2016 , Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort met in New York City with his long-time business associate Konstantin Kilimnik, who the FBI assesses to have ties to Russian intelligence."
Explanation of the examined Paragraph, section 1, from the #MuellerReport:

In other words, a Russian intel officer working for the Kremlin and Vladimir Putin, Kilimnik, sets an appointment with candidate Donald Trump's Campaign Manager, whom has a cover relationship w/ Kilimnik.
Examined Paragraph, section 2, from the #MuellerReport:

2) "Kilimnik requested the meeting to deliver in person a peace plan for Ukraine that Manafort acknowledged to the Special Counsel's Office was a "backdoor" way for Russia to control part of eastern Ukraine;"
Explanation of the examined Paragraph, section 2, from the #MuellerReport:

The Russia GRU Officer, Kilimnik, requested the meeting w/ Trump's Campaign Manager in order to transmit to Trump, via his Campaign Manager, a plan from Putin for Putin to control part of Eastern Ukraine.
Examined Paragraph, section 3, from the #MuellerReport:

"both men believed the plan would require candidate Trump 's assent to succeed (were he to be elected President)."
Explanation of the examined Paragraph, section 3, from the #MuellerReport:

Putin intends to help Trump become President, in return (quid pro quo), Trump would follow Putin's plan to control part of East Ukraine. Manafort/Kilimnik would be the intermediaries between Trump/Putin.
Examined Paragraph, section 4, from the #MuellerReport:

"They also discussed the status of the Trump Campaign and Manafort's strategy for winning Democratic votes in Midwestern states."
Explanation of the examined Paragraph, section 4, from the #MuellerReport:

Putin needed assistance from the Trump Campaign to illegally help Donald Trump become USA President. Manafort provided the strategic information Putin needed, via Kilimnik.
Examined Paragraph, section 5, from the #MuellerReport:

5) "Months before that meeting, Manafort had caused internal polling data to be shared with Kilimnik, and the sharing continued for some period of time after their August meeting."
Explanation of the examined Paragraph, section 5, from the #MuellerReport:

Putin also needed the Trump Campaign's polling data to commit election fraud to make Donald Trump the USA's President. Trump would then benefit Putin by working with Manafort on Putin's Ukraine plan.
Thereby, the above proves a conspiracy between the Trump Campaign and the Kremlin to commit election fraud during the 2016 Presidential Election.
