THREAD: I'm completely swamped so no time to properly write this up for @FDRLST but it's YUGE point missed in discussions of Mueller report. Let's start with the charge Mueller received from Rosenstein "to Investigate Russian Interference with the 2016 presidential Election." 1/ 
So Mueller was charged with investigating Russian interference in the election AND spent 2 years & $30ish million doing so. And yet in his Special Counsel report, he summarized only 2 aspects of Russian interference-the hacking and the social media efforts. Hacking is serious. 1/
3/ (sorry misnumbered #2). The social media efforts also merited discussion, but you know what was even MORE significant than social media efforts by Russia? Putin's minions feeding Christopher Steele false information about Donald Trump to interfere with the election.
4/ EVEN if Steele's info only went to Hillary Clinton or leaked to the media, that's on par with social media manipulation. BUT Steele's info did more--it was fed to the FBI and used to obtain a FISA order on @carterwpage
5/ So Russia fed lies to the FBI that allowed government to surveille Carter Page & obtain access to campaign emails (from past). AND it caused Page to step down from campaign. This Russian interference FAR surpassed the social media interference, but Mueller said not a word
6/ about it (that I found) in his 448 page report on RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE. If Christopher Steele truthfully told FBI what his RUSSIAN sources--men close to Putin--told him, then Russia interfered in election in this third way. IF Steele lied about having Russian sources,
7/7 Steele committed multiple crimes. WHY didn't Mueller investigate this serious interference in the election? END
