BTW, that last picture above is of a statue called Manneken Pis (meaning "Little Pisser" in Dutch). It's one of the most notable and fabulous landmarks in Brussels.

Nothing more to it than that, except there have been at least seven attempts of stealing this sculpture throughout history, and that the little guy has hundreds of different costumes.
It is located only 5 minutes' walk from the Grand Place.
