1. @SpeakerPelosi your committee chairs are blowing this. When a public official has no excuse to not act like Barr & @stevenmnuchin1 remedy is Mandamus. You need to have competent attorneys who know how to deal with Mandamus that could have this in SCOTUS in 2 months.
2. Ask @neal_katyal. He is competent. @RepRichardNeal @RepJerryNadler and @RepAdamSchiff will drag this out for a year because they don't know what they are doing. Talk to Kayal. If he says I'm wrong I'll shut up. @maddow @Lawrence
3. And this is not about obstruction of justice. It'a about levying Cyber war on the US. That's treason and you need to tell courts that's what's teed up.
