ISIS has released a new, unexpected video, this time from Fallujah. Seems like here they decide to focus on raids on local PMF and tribal leaders (and let's be honest, there were some in the last months).
Also, they released it just as I was about to gain back some lost time in my tracking of ISIS attacks (thanks for nothing, Daesh).
Short note: A quick look at Jihadology helps me notice that this is a first ISIS video from Fallujah in two years.
As usual, focusing mostly on attacks in the video, which starts with two nighttime IED attacks "south of Fallujah". The targeted are called "Jaysh al-Rafidi" (Iraqi Army) and I don't have too many attacks on them in that area, but one of them happened back in January (02/01).
There's not much doubt about the next attack though. It clearly is an IED attack on Iraqi soldiers in Naimiyah (S of Fallujah), claimed on 18/04, as evidenced by the photos posted on 05/05.
I don't have the next attack in my database (started it in October, this one is from September). It appears to be a sticky IED (might be wrong tbh) and is said to have happened in central Fallujah.
The next part is the killing of a mukhtar in Masalma (south of Fallujah). The date of the claim - 14/01. Won't show any pictures (either those uploaded a day later or those from the video) - simply too gory to post.
We skip to the next part - a raid on a meeting in Dabatiyah area, NE of Fallujah. Everything (except my database; I did bad research and marked it in Fallujah) seems to point out that it happened/was claimed on 13/11.

The attack was reported by Reuters: yahoo.com/news/gunmen-ki…
One of the attacked tried to escape, sadly the terrorists noticed it and killed him.
The video also shows a clip from the aftermath (after the attackers withdrew), the same that I found on the internet, further confirming the date and the place of the attack.
Final clip - I once wanted to know how (i.e. in which program) the ISIS statements are made. The answer - it's just Photoshop. The statements might as well be made by some guys on the Internet, which makes it very hard to track the makers (just like if anyone thought otherwise).
