Justice League: Flashpoint Paradox has a good scene where the US Government has recovered Abin Sur’s ship and body. They need the best pilot to fly the ship, which is Hal Jordan.

And in this timeline, Superman’s rocket crashed in the middle of Metropolis, so the baby Superman was snatched by the government, who has been keeping him locked in a vault. A vault which from a certain angle looks like … THIS.
N.B. In storytelling, visual and otherwise, it is the little touches that separate good from excellent.
You only see it for a second as the angle shifts, but I you can’t miss it either.
