1. An InfoWars host with a VERIFIED TWITTER ACCOUNT advocated lynching Obama on his show yesterday

2. The host, Alex Jones' sidekick Owen Shroyer (@allidoisowen) , used his verified Twitter account to promote the show where he advocated the lynching of Barack Obama

3. I contacted Twitter 8 hrs ago and asked them about Shroyer. No response

Twitter says it won't tolerate threats or racism but actions speak louder

4. It's not just Twitter. The video of the InfoWars host calling for Obama to be lynched was on YouTube earlier today. That's how I found it.

I contacted YouTube and they responded to me by taking the video down and suspending the account popular.info/p/infowars-hos…
5. UPDATE: InfoWars host Owen Shroyer has responded to this thread (which is still in progress) by advocating for the lynching of Obama

So now he's calling for Obama to be lynched directly on Twitter

6. Even though YouTube took down the video I flagged, it's unclear what they are doing, if anything, to prevent the uploading on InfoWars content to the site.

Even after I contacted YouTube, multiple versions of the same show were still available

1. This Trump campaign Facebook ad, which says there is ten minutes left to enter a contest to have dinner with Trump, has been running for DAYS

Facebook told me it doesn't violate their policy against false and misleading ads

2. The Facebook spokesperson didn't really try to explain why this clearly false ad didn't violate the rules

The main point was that two Democratic candidates, Gillibrand and Castro, were also running ads with fake deadlines

That doesn't make it better

3. The actual problem is that Facebook is putting profits ahead of enforcing its rules.

The Trump campaign isn't alone but they take advantage of Facebook's permissiveness more than anyone else

This is first of three cases where defendants are represented by the @JCCFCanada JY has filed other cases (total number may be 16) and it appears some have already been settled via mediation with others to still be heard.
The BC Human Rights code prohibits discrimination in certain areas of daily life - there are five main areas such as employment, housing, provision of services...etc In these cases, the area implicated is the provision of services.

Who is he? Since October 2018, he has been known as the "mastermind" of the #Khashoggi murder.

He is one of #MBS's top aides and has been described as the Saudi crown prince's enforcer and chief propagandist.
Al-Qahtani is also known as the "Lord of the Flies" — "flies" are what Saudi dissidents call trolls and bots that relentlessly attack critics of the Saudi state on social media.

They send death threats. They wage disinformation campaigns.

In August 2017, he launched a hashtag that translates to #the_black_list in English — it threatened dissidents that they would be "followed" if tagged.
