…this is a first (early stage) release of my pet project. For a long time I’ve been following the work of great journalists to uncover what has been going on with Brexit, Russia, the US far-right and more...

…yet, most people I meet or know remain unaware of the full scale and depth of the network that has been working against the public interest, to bring about a self-serving far-right agenda...

…so I wanted to create an easy to explore visualisation of the data, enabling you to explore the connections between people and organisations, and access the evidence behind each assertion, because it sounds crazy unless you can dig into it yourself...

…in the day job my colleagues work with organisations to find useful ways to gather, analyse and communicate data - so I picked their brains to help me setup this pet project...

…so at the moment the map is very early stage. I’ve just started capturing the people and organisations, and their links, onto it. In later iterations, I’ll add design elements to signify types of entity or connection, and other key factors

...it’s always fascinating to do network analysis, but in this case I've found it eye-opening. I’ll keep working on it in my spare time, and will tweet with updates...
