A possible theory about the whole #HK #antiELAB. I believe it’s all about money. The #ELAB, was for that purpose: /1

1. China financial health is currently under serious stress, and needs money, in the level of trillions, quick. Who has that much money #China can access? Hong Kong /2

2. Passage of #ELAB law will help China 2 arrest anyone #China like, & in the process call confiscate all their wealth. Public options believe #CCP only interested in #Xi political rivals. But if u need a lot of money and u have decided 2 support Mao policies, why stop there? /3

#ELAB allows #CCP 4 blackmailing all rich families in #HK, especially 4 prime property tycoons, for money. Noted it already happened to #TungCheeHwa and #JackMa. #LiKaShing ad. on “don’t harvest the melon tree too often”. The melon tree may actually refer 2 himself, not #HK /4

3. That’s the only logical explanation why the #ELAB bill is still on Legco calendar (it’s far from dead). It only take one day for #CarrieLam to pass the law. From this angle #CarrieLam now dig up the 1922 “super martial law” makes perfect sense /5

4. #CCP need to pass #ELAB at all cost, and if it’s not pass, we will use “super martial law” to BREAK #HK. You rich families will still have no money left, so pick your portion, fast? Or slow? That is how #CCP force the property tycoons to support the gov. /6

Now these tycoons say “Yes” to #HKpolice, there’s no turning back (as they now lost #HKers support even you changed now). #CarrieLam will now do all she can (legal and illegal means) to stop protesting (caught 20k people is ok)... /7

5. Another sign supporting this theory. HKMA just cancelled the HKD liquidity disclosure rules. That means it can now help #China bank with #HK monetary reserve. Good luck to HK #FreedomHK 8/8
