The person in charge of our nuclear arsenal, who is also the conniving genius who tricked Donald Trump into calling the Ukrainian President, got a "D" in a college course named "Meats." #RickPerryMadeMeDoIt 
This person, one of the leading lights in the nation's current ruling party which professes to be the defender of America (and "the west's") superior culture, got D's in Shakespeare and Principles of Economics, C's in History of the US, but, to his credit, earned a B in Am Gov't.
The rank and file of that party will now think I'm an elitist, and those people also believe America is a meritocracy, and they also believe Barack Obama and Elizabeth Warren's success at Harvard means nothing, and also that Kavanaugh's degree from Yale proves he's a genius.
But really, the most important thing you need to know about Rick Perry is that Trump put him in charge of an agency Perry said should be abolished, but the name of which he forgot during a debate.
And also, neither Perry nor Trump, who had such strong negative opinions about the Dept. of Energy, actually knew the first thing about the important work that agency does. vanityfair.com/news/2017/07/d…
As this person points out, Perry's ticket to success was his personality & his Eagle Scout/straight arrow reputation. Wonder what it's like being an Eagle Scout & working 4 a President who is basically the Platonic form of "the opposite of an Eagle Scout."
