Extinction Rebellion are well funded with political and celebrity endorsement. UK Police allow them to have their tent city in close proximity to their place of demonstration. The 'arrests’ are for show. All stage managed planned 'opposition'.

I have no doubt these people individually are well meaning but they are no more than useful idiots to this agenda.
Usually police are coy about letting the public film arrests. Not so with this lot. I felt I was being encouraged to film it and certainly no pushback. Police have been caught dancing with Extinction Rebellion protestors before:
FTR I don't think we should be polluting our environment. But to say CO2 is the primary cause of global warming is wrong. Deforestation is the issue. Trees need CO2 and CO2 is not some kind of 'satanic gas' that should be treated as a pollutant and subject to emissions control.
