1. Without DUP, UK govt has impossible task to get WA thru parliament.
2. DUP still unhappy with WA
3. UK govt has agreed to WA deal

Just had a look at clips of the briefing notes for Tory MPs for the WA deal.
The bits on N Ireland look very odd.
