I'm going to tap out a timeline of events here so people can fully appreciate the significance of the findings of the panel on Douma/OPCW.
April 2018: Trump instructs military to pull out of Syria. Those familiar with patterns warn of coming false flag.
7 April 2018: Civilians die in Douma, Syria in what is quickly reported to be an aerial chemical attack by the Assad government. Before MSM picks up the story it's reported by all the usuals: White Helmets, Charles Lister, Eliot Higgins, Julian Röpcke, etc

Critical thinkers are immediately skeptical, firstly because there've been gaping plot holes in other official narratives about chemical attacks in Syria dating back years, and secondly because the only people on the ground in Douma are Al Qaeda's buddies.

LONG before any investigation can be completed, the US State Department immediately declares that the Syrian government has perpetrated a chemical attack, that “the Assad regime must be held accountable” and Russia “ultimately bears responsibility” for it.

14 April 2018: US, UK and France bomb the Syrian government, claiming absolute certainty that Assad was behind the attack based on secret, invisible intelligence far too sensitive for public eyes.
16 April 2018: While the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) is preparing to investigate the incident, the US government claims the Russians may have hacked the evidence of Assad's chemical attack.

6 July 2018: OPCW publishes its interim report, finding that “no organophosphorus nerve agents or their degradation products were detected, either in the environmental samples or in plasma samples from the alleged casualties”. This rules out sarin gas.

1 March 2019: OPCW finds "reasonable grounds that the use of a toxic chemical as a weapon took place. This toxic chemical contained reactive chlorine. The toxic chemical was likely molecular chlorine.” Cites ballistics indirectly implicating Assad.
13 May 2019: An Engineering Assessment from the OPCW's investigation is leaked. It contradicts the findings of the OPCW report, saying gas cylinders were likely manually placed at the crime scene in Douma, yet this report was never shown to the public.

Throughout this time, critical thinkers like myself and many others have been aggressively attacked as insane conspiracy theorists, war crime deniers and genocide deniers.
15 October 2019: Courage Foundation convenes a panel which includes former OPCW Director General Jose Bustani. Panel members are "unanimous in expressing our alarm over unacceptable practices in the investigation of the alleged chemical attack."
