So it was Ian Henderson who leaked the OPCW Engineering Assessment he'd signed. This wasn't known previously.

Chlorinated organic chemicals (COCs) at the Douma site were comparable to and even lower than those given in the World Health Organisation’s guidelines on recommended permitted levels in drinking water.
Alex [the second OPCW whistleblower] described this omission as “deliberate and irregular”. “Had they been included, the public would have seen that the levels of COCs found were no higher than you would expect in any household environment”, he said.
BTW Jonathan Steele, the author of this article, is the journalist who clarified last month that there was a second OPCW whistleblower.
Someone in the OPCW actively and repeatedly concealed the aforementioned fact that the chlorinated organic chemicals (COCs) at the scene in Douma were extremely low.

OPCW Cabinet Chief Bob Fairweather didn't answer Steele's question about his arranging to allow US officials to pressure OPCW investigative staff.
OPCW's media office also dodging questions.
At this point the evidence is too overwhelming for even the most indoctrinated CNN viewer to have any degree of confidence in the establishment #Douma narrative. The only reason anyone's still standing by it is because of the immensely consequential implications of this scandal.
