4. Finally, we have helped the SDF & SDC develop a self sustained oil economy. If you think #Rojava is worth fighting for then understand it needs electricity & oil to survive. Erdogan knows that. And apparently so do we.

5. For the SDF and SDC to have the ability to negotiate a federal system with the Assad regime they need to be able to negotiate from strength not weakness. Let Trump be Trump. He can say he's doing it to steal the oil.
