So what happens when, in middle of impeachment, the DOJ acquires evidence, as part of its criminal investigation into the President's personal attorney, that the President made foreign policy decisions based on providing a financial benefit to his attorney?
Because the Trump administration was, as part of its foreign policy, pressuring Ukraine to agree to the construction of a Poland-to-Ukraine pipeline that the President's attorney Rudy Giuliani is being paid to promote by those with a financial interest in the pipeline.
(And, in fact, per the WSJ, in addition to being the paid attorney of the investors whose business will benefit from the Poland-to-Ukraine pipeline, the President's personal attorney may in fact be himself an investor in the business that will benefit from the pipeline.)
That was a rhetorical question by the way, we all know AG Barr will sit on the evidence until the impeachment inquiry is over.
