On "corruption" in Ukraine, he only cited the Bidens.

He used NONE of the explanations his Congress "warriors" fought hard to advance over many weeks, such as ... he cared deeply ab unspecified Ukrainian parliamentary reforms etc etc.

He did mention a debunked claim that Europe isn't paying its fair share in Ukraine:

"How come Germany isn’t paying? Why isn’t Germany paying?"

Europe has provided two-thirds of the aid since Russia illegally annexed Crimea in 2014
