These are new locomotives for #AbujaKadunaRail & #LagosIbadanRail - shipped from China end-2019, arrived Apapa end Jan & now en route to a Railway Yard in Ogun State, from where they will be deployed
“On January 25, 2019, CRRC Qishuyan Co., Ltd. and China Civil Engineering Construction Corp (CRCC) formally signed a contract in Beijing for the export of 21 locomotives to Nigeria.”

Still on the Presidential Infrastructure Development Fund (PIDF), managed by Nigeria’s Sovereign Wealth Fund @nsia_nigeria. One of the roads being funded is the 120km highway linking Lagos and Ibadan. The $308m Abacha Loot being repatriated is going into PIDF.

Project Update:
There’s a couple of points to note about this road. Easily one is the busiest in the country, considering that it’s the primary Route out of Lagos to rest of Nigeria.

The reconstruction has been split into 2 sections: Lagos-Sagamu (43km) by JB and Sagamu-Ibadan (~80km) by RCC.
Video above is for the Lagos-Sagamu section. Work scope includes the following:

There are legitimate questions being asked about how it has taken Nigeria well over a decade to complete 120km of critical highway.

BTW, Nigeria will next week launch a new Visa Policy that has some really far-reaching reforms. Will include new Visa-on-Arrival regime for holders of African passports + several other reforms. Overall aim is to make it easier & faster for intending visitors to get Nigerian Visas
Several NEW Visa Classes expected to be launched, to cater to different categories of people.

Among others, I hear that citizens of countries that offer Nigerians multiple-year visas will now be eligible for a new category of multiple-year Nigerian visas.
From what I hear there will also be a new category of “suitable” visas for journalists, sports people, clergy, etc — who until now have had to apply for Business Visas.

Over the past 20 years, China has made tremendous progress in improving its military capabilities, but its modernization program will remain a work in progress in the decade to come.
China trails the US in terms of nuclear attack submarines, aerial refueling & amphibious capacity. Beijing will continue to develop its capabilities on these fronts, but based on current projections, it will not reach parity with the US by 2030.

We downloaded tweets containing #NewZealand/"New Zealand"/#NewZealandShooting/#NZMosqueShooting and #FalseFlag/"false flag"/#DeepState/"deep state"/#CrisisActor/"crisis actor"/staged/"doesn't add up"/#QAnon in the body of the tweet (as opposed to linked article titles etc.)
This yielded 5329 tweets from 4592 accounts. We then classified the 50 most frequently retweeted accounts into those which promote conspiracy theories about the attack and those which do not. Most of the early tweets are of the conspiracy-pushing ilk; #QAnon turns up frequently.
