It’s really weird for an American journalist to suggest something is “debunked” because Chinese officials deny it.

The truth is we still have far more questions than answers.
Cotton is 100% right in the thread below. We do know that the Chinese government has not been honest with the public and international community. They need to provide transparency before their claims become trusted as facts.

Completely disagree.

1) Trump has terrible instincts, but has been a relatively weak executive. He’s overwhelmingly deferred to others.

2) 0 evidence any Dem would try to limit Bernie’s power. They’ve willingly followed him to the far left.
If we’ve seen anything in recent years, it’s that Congress has a tendency to try to give up their power and responsibility. And they are especially a weak check on executives form the same party.
Honestly, the argument that Sanders would be ineffective and limited by Congress is 1) a bad argument for backing Sanders in the primary & 2) Only really makes sense from someone also pushing for Republican control of Congress (which almost none of these people are doing).

Did Biden's video get taken down from any platforms or were there even similar demands to do so? (Hint: No)

That's what Dems and several journalists are calling for, and it's weird that other journalists are more offended by the video than people trying to censor it.
The video isn't even really deceptive. It show portions of the speech followed by Pelosi ripping the speech. The calls for platforms like Facebook and Twitter to censor it are what should really offend anyone concerned with protecting free speech.

@GlennKesslerWP is right it was very similar. How many of these same Democrats and journalists called for Twitter to remove it? Zero....

Facebook didn't have to defend leaving it up because no one asked them to.

No, it's really not. Almost no one is under the impression that all illegal immigrants pay no taxes. More importantly, it makes no sense to compare income taxes 4 individuals to corporate taxes for companies that employ millions of people who pay much larger sums in income taxes.
Illegal immigrants do pay some taxes. Her own Vox article estimates about half pay income taxes. That's kind of a guess (based on how many ppl w/o social security numbers file), but it has nothing to do with corporate taxes.
Large corporations pay huge sums in various federal and local taxes. Some of them do take advantage of the tax code which allows them to lower their corporate tax burden in exchange for more investment = creating jobs. The people in those jobs then pay income taxes.

A couple years ago I was introduced to this elaborate discipleship making program with high levels of accountability. It looked a little legalistic to me, but people raved about the results. 1/
Later I heard the pastor who developed that program speak at a conference. He came off as kind of arrogant and sort of a classic far right republican unable to distinguish Christ from culture. Nice guy, but not a model of Christ-likeness. Of course, he did have a big church. 2/
I was once again reminded that church growth and church programs don’t necessarily equate with discipleship. I’m glad they were attempting something, but it wasn’t a magic pill. 3/

I have a ton of brain fog today, so bear with me, but I saw a lot of convos happening about #MCAS last night and I wanted to chime in with some info I've learned in the last decade since my #mastocytosis diagnosis.
For those unfamiliar, everyone's bodies have #MastCells. They're part of your immune system and they're responsible for a few things, but primarily they store ~200+ chemicals (called mediators) and release them when fighting off infections, allergens, etc.
These mediators do lots of different things, and some of them are responsible for telling other cells in your body what to do. When Mast cells release mediators it can set off big chain reactions that can impact most, if not all, the systems in your body.
