BREAKING: I have corresponded with the person who claims he is behind the account, NOT Lis Smith. He says he is from Nigeria. 
Look, I will be updating this crucial story as I receive more information from this potentially real person I am speaking to. Although it is my personal wish that @ashleyfeinberg figures it out soon.
Update: Chinedu has provided me with various emails from twitter that appear to confirm the account belongs to him. These emails also explain the different email address he used for his twitter account vs. his other social media. I am reasonably satisfied he is not @Lis_Smith.
