Someone at FBI was trying to force out Daniel Richman, Comey's Special Government Employee who was helping him with complex cases such as cyber currency money laundering.
Yet someone was forcing him to resign from the FBI by making conflict of interest allegations against him...

Normally this requirement is waived by the Deputy Attorney General for SGE's, but someone must have wanted Richman's scalp on an ethics charge to dirty up Comey's relationship with him.

But on 2/7/17, Richman is forces to resign his position as a Special Government Employee of the FBI advising Comey.
This is at the same time that Flynn is being targeted too... Did Richman resigning remove one of the plots to make Comey look dirty? Don't know, but curious timing

Now the case Richman was advising on, was an FBI/DOJ indictment of university, energy company & New York state officials for corruption. Including the Executive Secretary for Governor Cuomo.

So while acting as Gov. Cuomo's right hand man, he was serving as a 'consultant' for contractors & illegally getting them state contracts for his consulting fee.
The energy company even hired Percoco's wife to provide cash & then lied to their bosses that govt. waived the ethics.

Percoco did other work for a Syracuse contractor to help get favors from NY state entities, with cash going to a shell company to pay Percoco. Other charges including rigging bids on state grant contracts....
Wonder if someone was trying to make sure the case didn't go any higher than Percoco? It would be a shame if we learned his boss Governor Cuomo knew about the shenanigans...
It may put new light on why Strzok & associates seized Richman's computer & made a copy of it. I have theorized since the August OIG Report that they were trying to find out about cases he was working on. Wonder if it was his non-FBI work?
Was someone trying to see if Percoco had evidence to implicate Cuomo? Checking Richman's computer to find out what was known... Very interesting.
