PS/ What Jason well knows is that *no one*, on either side of the political divide, wants the Dow Jones to drop. What he's clocking is that Democrats have criticized Trump *for three years* for measuring his presidency via the Dow, and are now noting how *stupid* that was of him.
PS2/ What the right can't do is pay no attention to critiques of their God-Emperor for 3 years, then act shocked when they don't understand where what they read as smugness is coming from. Meanwhile, it's clear to all that Trumpists took no issue with his cheering the Kremlin on.
