Then I started wondering what news was going on Feb. 7 to distract us... I always try that. App failure at Iowa caucus. Trumps hissy fit at the prayer breakfast. GOP wanted Hunter Biden info.... but that’s not all... 2/? 
The White House said they had killed the leader of Al-Qaeda. Trump was pushing a jobs report. Trump was taking protected land in Utah. That’s a hell of a lot for one day. They did their best at distracting us even though it’s on record. 3/?
Then I got severely angry... yes I remember those nurses in NYC that had no gowns so they were wearing trashbags for PPE. Trash bags. A nurse manager their died recently.
Or this article which made our blood run cold because it told the fact that doctors are writing their wills. There on the front lines without adequate PPE... it’s just a matter of time.
I just recently read about doctors refusing to see patients due to inadequate PPE. These are patients with compromised immune systems, elderly, etc... but it’s your life of theirs at that point.
We heard about the ER doctor in Seattle who got fired for begging for supplies like masks and gowns and other PPE.
And we all have been rolling behind governor Whitmer in Michigan. Trump has been trying to pull a quid pro quo on her… Saying she has to show him respect and treat him better or he won’t return her calls for much-needed PPE equipment
We’ve been hearing the stories and read the articles about doctors and nurses that have to wash and reuse their masks. Front desk workers having to sew ribbons on the masks because the elastic is worn out. Even wearing rain gear as PPE
Or how about that horrifying letter that surfaced recently in Michigan hospitals. Because Trump wasn’t helping, they were having to tell people they had to extubate them to give their vent to someone healthier... A death sentence.
And I’ve lost count of how many reports of doctors or nurses or other staff contracting COVID-19 & dying.... due to lack of medical equipment & PPE while trying to save American lives. It’s sickening.
There are ways to let them know how we feel. @funder of the @TheDemCoalition has been sharing the information for you to text and contact your senators and request PPE for hospitals
This lady provides an informational video & a link to a spreadsheet with information on all American senators. Call them & let them know you’re mad as hell. That you’re sick of our healthcare workers dying due to lack of PPE

You see this has been bugging the hell out of me since I heard of the 17.8 tons of medical equipment they shipped to China. Our healthcare workers deserve PPE & medical equipment. They’re the heroes on the front lines. They’re putting their lives in danger...

My husband actually came across further proof of us giving 17.8 tons i’ve medical equipment to China. So I’m adding it to this thread. As soon as I’m able. any proof y’all provide... I’ll add it in too.
One clarification: it’s been brought to my attention that I said the plane was being loaded...meant to say it was being unloaded in China. The video was taken & shared by Mike Pompeo. (My microphone hates me lol & I rely on it too much due to vision loss.)
Update: I’ve been digging around on the State Dept. site. The official release said the medical equipment was from the private sector. Yet on Lou Dobbs & Sean Hannity on FoxNews transcripts... it’s pretty clear that the US donated the medical supplies 1a/
On Washington Watch with Tony Perkins on Feb. 12 he stares that the US has given China $100 million to fight Covid19 & that we’ve given them medical supplies. Absolutely no mention of private sector. See pics & page attached
On Lou Dobbs show on FoxNews Pompeo again response to Lou’s question “that this administration has shipped all sorts of medical supplies to the Chinese”. That sounds like the US administration not private sector gave the medicals
