4. The information to take away from the Tweet is that Trump talked to the King. Asked him to increase production and the King has agreed to Trump's request to increase production "MAYBE UP TO" 2,000,000 BPD which is their current excess capacity.
5. However, it appears that NBC and other idiot media can't read and the WH had to issue a statement to explain to the idiots in the media what "MAYBE UP TO 2 million" means.
6. So with that clarification from the WH the idiots at NBC decide to write an article with a fake headline to portray Trump is a totally different light and the WH distancing itself from the original tweet instead of clarifying it for the idiots in the media.
7. If you waste your time and read the article like I did you find that NBC confirms that the call took place. That the king agreed with Trump that SA should raise production to calm the market & SA is planning to do so by 200k in July and they can increase it by 2 mil if needed

9. Instead the article and headline go into a long convoluted straw man argument that tries to say the tweet wasn't really correct because of the impression it gave that the Saudis agreed to a 2 mill increase.
10. You see what they did there? NBC made it all up in their idiot heads that the tweet suggested Trump said the Saudis agreed to a 2 mill increase in output. Trump never said that.
11. Then the article from the idiots at NBC went further and talked about why Trump would suggest that level of increase (remember he never did). They brought up the Iran deal, him attempting to talk down the market, the midterms
12. All of the talking points based on the idiots at NBC making up something not mentioned in his original tweet. Then for good measure they throw in a quote from an Iranian on how it's all a plan by Trump and SA to rob the pockets of the rest of the world.
13. This is another reality vs narrative battle and as the facts on the ground show reality has again hit the narrative idiots builders at NBC upside the head.
14. The fact is SA has increased production by 500k in June and has pledged a big supply increase in July. This along with other factors has led to the price of oil falling in the biggest price drop in 2 years.
