1. This testimony where FBI Director Wray and IG Michael Horowitz are questioned by Senator Mike Crapo of Indiana is top tier. Let's watch it together:

2. First question to Horowitz - "Your report has not found documentary or testimonial evidence in the *charging decisions*, is that correct?"

3. Horowitz responds "Yes. As to the prosecutorial decisions, those were made by the prosecutors, and not the individuals whose texts we were concerned about. In addition, as to the specific investigative decisions we looked at. And, we HAD CONCERNS when we got to October"

4. I read this to mean that the October decision is where they are heading next. They did not find any official documentary or testimonial evidence up to that point that THE PROSECUTORS had political bias impact their decisions around MYE.

5. Crapo - "So what you're talking about is what the prosecutors DID with the report. You're not talking about whether or not there was bias in the recommendation not to prosecute."
Horowitz - CORRECT.

That is great to hear.

6. Crapo - "And you're not saying that you didn't find bias, particularly in the emails (sic) that we're talking about here"
Horowitz - "I think it's clear from the texts that we're talking about that he had a biased state of mind"

7. Crapo - "As I understand from reading the report, but a number of those you found making comments expressed remorse and said they intended for these to be private conversations"

Look at Horowitz' little head shake here. HE KNOWS THEY ARE LYING.

Horowitz - "That was their explanation sir"

10. Crapo - "So what you're telling us is that you don't have any *different evidence than that*, you're not saying if you believe it or not, you're saying that you don't have any different evidence."
Horowitz - Correct.

11. Crapo - "I think that's a lot different from saying that there's no bias, personally"
Horowitz *nods*

12. Crapo (abridged) - "You said in the report that, with regard to the charging, that bias didn't translate - even though Comey gave a charging recommendation?"
Horowitz - "Mhm. I would use the same language you did, senator, there was no evidence of that in what we received"

13. Crapo - "Well I believe there's circumstantial evidence that there was bias in that decision. Would you agree?"
Horowitz - "Well speaking of political bias, we didn't see that back in July from Comey in terms of why he did what he did"

14. Crapo - "Tell me if I'm wrong, What you're telling us is you found bias, those who you found the bias among said they didn't let it bleed into their work, and you don't have evidence to disprove that?"
Horowitz - "Correct. And it cast a cloud over the work and sowed doubt."

15. To me that sounds like leaving the door open to "unring the bell", so to speak. But maybe that's wishful thinking. Anyway, onwards. Wray is up next.

16. Crapo "Director Wray, let's talk about the leaks. There are a ton of leaks in the IG report. What is the new rule you implemented?"

Wray - I'll explain.

17. Wray - "There are a number of facets to the new rule. Most importantly, only certain, very select people are allowed to communicate with the media without permission. Number 2, any contacts FROM the media have to get reported. So people can't claim they didn't know".

18. Wray - "What I want to be clear on is that everyone sees that the rules are crystal clear, and then if we find violation it is much easier and more efficient to make sure we are holding people accountable."

19. Crapo - "And there will be stiff penalties? Criminal charges?"
Wray - "Absolutely. Could well be criminal charges."

Leakers everywhere are shitting their pants.

20. Crapo - "So what's the deal with the leak unit?"
Wray - "One of the ways that leaks can be most dangerous is when they are classified. That unit is specifically tasked with classified leaks."
Crapo - "Yes, there should be one for non-classified as well"
Wray - *nods*

21. This is one of the Trump admin signatures. LEAKERS are destroyed with extreme prejudice - everywhere in the admin. This policy was implemented almost immediately after Wray joined.

22. The next question surrounds the Tarmac meeting. I won't directly quote it because it's a lot of text with very little content, but Horowitz comment at the end is interesting.

23. Crapo - "So are you saying the same "we didn't find evidence to disprove" claim about the tarmac meeting?"
Horowitz - "Yes, we didn't find any evidence on the AG's side that would make us feel that they knew in advance, particularly with the staff"

24. That's exactly what we would expect though - AG Lynch and Clinton coordinated their meeting alone, or even Clinton took it upon himself to ambush Loretta Lynch on the tarmac.

25. In the IG report itself, the testimonies about the tarmac meeting from both Clinton and Lynch are contradictory. IG once again knows somebody is lying.

26. The way that Horowitz words everything in this questioning suggests to me that all of this has been referred to US Attorney Huber. He very clearly does not believe the documents and testimony that he has received, and he has hedged against the eventual conclusions.

27. Senator Crapo did a GREAT job of dismantling all of the bullshit talking points we have heard about the IG report from both the MSM and balding weasel Peter Strzok.

28. And Christopher Wray implemented a perfect policy and strategy to annihilate and criminally prosecute leakers, ensuring that major problems will not continue to happen (as well as protecting the investigations ongoing, which is why we're all in the dark here)

29. So don't fear. Quiet is GOOD. It means Wray and Rosenstein and Sessions anti-leaking policies are WORKING. The media, desperate to keep generating fake news, is now forced to make shit up. That's why everything seems to suit their narrative - until the thunderbolts hit. Soon.

30. Let's keep our eyes open, our popcorn stocked and continue to watch the rollout. Wray, Rosenstein, Sessions, and ESPECIALLY President Trump, would want us to HAVE FUN with it, not be afraid.
