#USA killed many top AQ in #Idlib; is aware it is the biggest concentration & gathering of AQ; the US establishment is not fooled but fully aware of the situation. Thus, it will stand against any attack on Idlib, period.

Only if #Russia's biggest military manoeuver in the Mediterranean remains in the Mediterranean until the end of #Idlib ops, it may persuade the #USA not to bomb #Syria.

Did you realise that if #USA bomb #Syria, the #idlib operation won't stop? The bombing would give a little boost to al-Qaeda that is on #Turkey #Russia #USA terrorist list but won't stop the end of #AQ and Jihadists control of #Idlib.

I can only see positiveness in the expansion of al-Qaeda in #Syria. The more cities and villages it controls, the faster it will lose.

#Turkey is embarrassed by Jihadists overwhelming control of most of the #Astana area of control. Joulani is forcing his place on #Ankara unless the Turkish army moves in to defeat him, or to steps aside and allows the #Syrian army to do the job.

During latest trip to #Aleppo , I had written about the dangerous road trip to the city using Khanaser. With Idlib under control of armed groups, Damascus-Aleppo Highway is cut out leaving Khanaser as the only way to get to the city. Nearly 200 people died on it so far this year
2-The image caption refers to Khanaser as the “Road of Death”. This morning it was the turn of this young woman who was a medical student at the University of #Aleppo
3-While I was fortunate to make the return road trip safely, I promised myself not to visit the city again till either the airport is open, or the main Damascus-Aleppo Highway is operating again. The latter would entail having the entire province of #Idlib under Govt control

Preparations appear to be underway for a pro-#Assad offensive on #Idlib.

12hrs of on/off air & artillery strikes vs. southeastern & western #Idlib & northern #Hama - see marks on map (original by @ETANA_Syria + my additions).

+ multiple large pro-regime convoys moving north.
@ETANA_Syria #pt: If/when any major military campaign gets underway, expect the #Assad regime (+ #Russia & #Iran-backed militias) to focus on these 2 fronts:

1) West #Idlib (Jisr al-Shughour)
2) N. #Hama/#SE #Idlib (Latamineh, Khan Sheikhoun, Kafrazita)

-> a gradual push ‘inland’ & north.

@ProxySnyder I have watched the life and death of far too many shows.

I'm telling you that you cannot blame fans. You CAN blame a changing model and the executive's failure to recognize this. (I documented this in 2015.) So, yes, I CAN direct hatred to the network. 1/
@ProxySnyder There are many contributing factors. 1-Binge watching. 2- 10-13 episode seasons which have FAR too long a gap between them. 3- extraordinarily expensive production costs. The amount of ppl making shows is huge. 4- Outdated ad revenue model, which is overly reliant on Nielsen. 2/
@ProxySnyder 5- really shitty show scheduling decisions. (I'll link to my blog entries here in a bit.) 6- Poor advertising of shows in really niche spots, so like 2 potential fans see them.
