Lou, with all due respect, what is new here is the unsealing of evidence supporting the allegation Facebook knowingly deceived your fellow advertisers. That’s why @dcnorg worked so hard to have this unsealed. It’s unfair and deceptive behavior harming our marketplace.

And to be clear, that was a compliment to Lou. Deep respect for the industry leaders who speak up and demand a higher bar, more trust. It’s one thing for Facebook to make mistakes but it’s another to intentionally obfuscate and deceive after the fact. Concerning allegations.
