But were on the other side of the line now. POTUS election 2020 is now closer looking forward than 2016 is looking back.

@BernieSanders is exactly what happens when white liberals surround themselves w/ only other white liberals.
Sanders lives in one of the whitest states, used to never hire POC, and still has but a handful of black staff members now. And yet..he knows what racism is & isn't?

Bernie is that man who would walk into a church with a more realistic portrait of what Christ would've actually looked like and ask "Now who is this a portrait of young man?" Who would stare off into the horizon looking troubled and confused when you tell him it's Christ.

I hope that every @SenateDems realizes that @SenSanders is politically weak AF right now.
Had we won the Senate it would be different. He'd have us over a barrel. But we didn't.
Our minority status is so pronounced that no one expects us to accomplish anything legislatively.

Sanders has traditionally caucused with Democrats because it was advantageous for both sides that he did.
But what does Bernard bring to the table now except constant criticism and acting all clear and present dangerly?

His minions populate our party's committees and we get nothing.
Sanders is polling between 6 - 8% in most 2020 polls.
Not even a first tier candidate. But he's acting, talking, and doing as if he's leading us.
