The money was diverted into lobby efforts that should have been covered under FARA as it was foreign money.

The NYT's actually managed to do the kind of digging that we in this section of Twitter do! Finding an individuals in a court document then looking for news articles that line up with the person identified. They beat me to the punch!
Individual 2 looks to be a Mz. Rozenzweig whose emails with Broidy were released. Allegedly hacked by Qatar.
Broidy looks to be pure Swamp & he had to resign as Vice Chair of the RNC finance committee over some of this!. This release may be the reveal of part of Cohen's testimony. Broidy worked with Cohen on the payout to Trump's playmate friend. nytimes.com/2018/04/19/wor…
Broidy's day job is as a defense contractor & he has received valuable federal & foreign contracts in the past. So it looks like he wasn't part of the sting, but coincidentally, placing Michael Cohen on the RNC finance committee exposed Broidy's crimes. #ButNothingsHappening
It looks like Mz. Rosenzweig may be Broidy's daughter/step daughter. Broidy is married to former 20th Century Fox exec Robin Rosenzweig. Broidy bribed govmt. employee pension officials to invest in his firm. Broidy is also connected to Benjamin Netanyahu, draining Israel's Swamp?
Broidy was a money man for Bush & McCain resulting in Andrew Cuomo then NYAG prosecuting him for the govt. union pension case. Then he started a company doing private intelligence work for foreign governments a few years ago.

Broidy's daughters are Rachael & Lauren so one of them is Person 2 & the other is the sister who is talking about how they will share the money from the case per mom & dad's instructions.

@ThunderB SO why did the DOJ open the Clinton Foundation case. Evidence about them found in an unrelated public corruption case in the Los Angeles field office. Where Elliot Broidy was beign investigated for his connections to Pras, Higginbotham, & Malaysian corruption.
@ThunderB Also note the second case that lead them to the Clinton Foundation, the investigation of Terry McAuliffe in Virginia. The same person that funneled $1.1 million to Andrew McCabe's wife campaign. Interesting connections indeed. Can you still say #ButNothingsHappening?
