1. Effective implementation of the VAIDS is gradually restoring the efficiency of the country's tax system

Simple English - The tax system is being fixed in a way that makes it more efficient. ✅

2. The difference in FX rate in the Market has narrowed @ Import and export window and has become stable. ✅
The Naira has gradually settled to N360-N365 in the parallel Market as at April 2018.

Fx stability is the most important factor in the forex market for investors✅

3. It is the third consecutive quarter of expansion and the strongest since the fourth quarter of 2015.

3c. Foreign reserves hit a 5 year high of $46B in Q1 2018✅

4. The CBN Anchor Borrowers Program has been helpful to the ERGP. 250,000+ farmers have benefited from the program to the tune of N55Bn. Most of whom have gone into rice production.

Rice sufficiency is imminent✅

Non-oil revenue has increased considerably with agriculture contributing 21.97% to nominal GDP in the 1st quarter of 2018.

ERGP is on its way to meet the target set for it. ✅

NNPC has successfully cut down on the production cost of a barrel of crude oil from $23 to $20.

Why is this important?

The extra $3 will earn an additional $2.2 a year for Nigeria.
Also, it helps when the oil price is falling.✅

Power generation has increased to 5000 MW from 3500mw and transmission is at 7000mw.

Remember things are better since this was released. Power generation is now 7000 MW✅

Meaning power generation is getting better
