1. There are way too many people at Al-Hawl camp. #SDF needs our help.
IDP resettlement should be as soon as possible. For #ISIS members, I suggest we stand up the war crimes tribunal the 2019 NDAA funded. Have military courts ready to stand up if the UNSC can't act.

2. Cull the worst ones to seek long or life in prison terms. For the lesser evil, somewhere between 5 and 20 years. We need to get on with it. I suggest requiring nations of origin insure the trial of their own people is lawful so they can take custody of their nationals

3. and carry out the prison sentences. Or take them and try at home. If there's legal impediments to domestic court authority then the war crimes tribunal can be used. A decision on children must be made. Professionals should determine if termination of parental rights

4. and resettling is best for the children. Parental nation of origin gets priority. The children all need mental health treatment. We need to do it right and have the home countries participate. If not they need to be resettled by the SDF. Push it though UNSC.

5. Build a courthouse. A big one. It can become a school or other such use later. We can't wait to start. Let the world catch up to us.
