1) The significance of these data cannot be overstated. The first ever study monitoring how muscle size and strength changes during a transition. = NO CHANGE in transwomen. Presented today at #EPATH2019 
2) Six male-born trans people monitored before and after transition. Testosterone blockers used to reduce male sex hormone to castration levels. Plus 11 months on estrogen treatment. No change observed in size of thigh muscles and small/zero change in leg strength measurements.

4) IOC guidance means these 6 transwomen would be allowed to compete in female competition (12 month low T) despite retaining the size and strength of their thighs. We have scientific data now confirming observation. If IOC respects female sport it must now its suspend policy.
