Many of us have long suspected that the claim that Over 65yo delivered Brexit May be an over simplification.

This LSE study confirms that it is with the wartime generation being almost as keen on the European Project as Millennials, associating it as a movement for Peace.
The study also points out that this generation is diminishing and the findings about the beliefs of the post war generation weighted towards a more opposed view to Europe has relevance to the messages we need to work on in any comms.

3/. That generation (I am one, but not sharing the Brexit facing conclusions) experienced the loss of Empire, thus a lot of clout, (I believe confused with a loss of sovereignty) and mass immigration from the Commonwealth with possible fears about national identity,
