In 2017, the White House sent a letter to right wing members of Congress, outlining plans to use executive actions to slash Obamacare. We FOIA'd and sued for that letter and related communications. americanoversight.org/american-overs…
They released the letter itself, but have been fighting to conceal other related communications. Earlier this year, a federal judge ruled in our favor and ordered the Trump administration to release the files. Now they're appealing. americanoversight.org/federal-judge-…
