Now he's talking about Obama not allowing Erdogan to buy Patriots. Wouldn't allow it so he goes to Russia for S-400.

Then after he bought it, people from our country said okay you can buy Patriots. Then Erdogan said too late. We already bought it. Then he bought over a 100 F-35. And people told him you cant have the S-400 because it will allow it to get into the F-35.

I take this bizarre rant to mean that Turkey is not getting F-35 and will be sanctioned. Says "It's a complicated deal and we're working on it." That's Trump's way of telling someone he doesn't want to face, "No" and then get out of Dodge.
