Having drawn up a petition whilst suspended in the name of LAZIR he said he drummed up signatures from LP members saying: "I created a petition... I punted it to lots of Labour party people... and said 'lets see if you get expelled'.

If true this is quite extraordinary esp when a large slice of the Labour investigation team have left having suffered anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts and feelings.
