Former aide @OMAROSA revealed that his rallies are highly choreographed—with section leaders who orchestrate chants. 😲Pence's nephew is one!

Maybe that's why glib VP is unusually tongue-tied about the racist "send her back" chant happening again? ("The President's been very clear" is always a 'tell' – the lie cometh.)
