If AG Bill Barr holds all the granted executive office power to declassify information (he does)…. then why would replacing ODNI Dan Coats be necessary?
Ratcliffe is a great replacement. Hands down. No doubt. And I believe this is a great decision by President Trump….. But the question is: Why Is This Necessary?
If Bill Barr is doing what President Trump authorized Bill Barr to be doing…. then why does anyone need Ratcliffe?
