Build an online/SaaS business with little to no outside capital.
Hire a lean, remote team.
Get profitable.
Extract yourself from day to day operations.

I won't say "anybody can do it" but it is the most free of barriers to entry that I know of.
You don't need a degree, good credit score, much money upfront, a big audience, or permission from anybody to get started.
